80 Overground Workers into custody

The total number of terrorists had come to Baisaran 2 days ago

As per sources, most of the major revelations are being brought to light in the NIA's interrogation and investigation of the overground workers. During the interrogation of the arrested overground workers, it was discovered that the terrorists had been in the Baisaran valley 2 days prior to the Pahalgam terror attack.

Three locations were on the target of terrorists

It is being told that these terrorists had reached Pahalgam on April 15, about a week before the attack. The target of these terrorists was not only the Baisaran valley but also 3 other tourist places of Pahalgam. A recce of these places was also done by these people. These three locations were also on the target of terrorists.

4 OGW conducted a recce of terrorists

But the terrorists failed to target here as strict security measures were implemented here. Apart from Baisaran, Amusement Park, Aru Valley and Betaab Valley of Pahalgam were also under the target of terrorists. But the strategy of targeting here proved futile. The investigation till date has come out with the information that nearly 20 Over Ground Workers (OGWs) have been found out, a number of them OGWs have been caught. Sources inform us that 4 OGWs assisted Pakistani terrorists in reconnaissance work.
